Mazmur 111:2-7

111:2 The Lord’s deeds are great,

eagerly awaited ¹  by all who desire them.

111:3 His work is majestic and glorious, ² 

and his faithfulness endures ³  forever.

111:4 He does ⁴  amazing things that will be remembered; ⁵ 

the Lord is merciful and compassionate.

111:5 He gives ⁶  food to his faithful followers; ⁷ 

he always remembers his covenant. ⁸ 

111:6 He announced that he would do mighty deeds for his people,

giving them a land that belonged to other nations. ⁹ 

111:7 His acts are characterized by ¹⁰  faithfulness and justice;

all his precepts are reliable. ¹¹
